Rachel Xing obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Foreign Language and Literature in the Mainland of China and graduated in HK with a Master's Degree in News and Communications. She has been committed to philanthropy for more than ten years and has rich philanthropic program management experience.

Before joining Chunhui Children’s Foundation (“Chunhui Children” for short), Liu Shan worked in a foreign trade company for 14 years, specializing in outreach and relationship maintenance. From 2004 to 2013, she served as early education teacher, field trainer, senior mentor, and deputy director of the Infant Nurture Program (now named Early Education Program), witnessing how responsive care worked best with the babies and infants. From 2013 to 2017, she served as director of Chunhui Care Home, leading her professional working team in implementing the government-funded "Tomorrow Plan" and helping hundreds of orphaned children with life-threatening diseases each year. In 2017, she began to serve as Senior Operations Director. She always stayed true to her original aspiration and strived to grow together with Chunhui Children. Since 2010, she has been serving as the Secretary-general of Chunhui Children.

Cheng Caihua holds a Master's Degree in Technical Economics and Management. She is knowledgeable about finance and has years of experience in finance and consulting. She has obtained multiple professional certificates, including Certified Public Accountant, Certified Public Valuer and Certified Management Accountant.

Since she graduated from university, Li Simo has been committed to child welfare. She specializes in philanthropic program implementation and fund-raising, and has witnessed the development and transformation of China’s philanthropic sector in the past decade. As mother of a young girl, she believes Chunhui Children’s concepts not only apply to her own child but also could help the most vulnerable children in China. Chunhui Children’s professionalism and dedication to underprivileged children is the greatest impetus for her commitment. As Deputy General-secretary, she has always kept her original aspiration firmly in mind and served the foundation with full passion. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in Business Management and master’s degree in International Business from Australia. Before joining Chunhui Children, she had worked as Chief Fund-raising Officer of Teach for China, and as Overseas Program Officer of China Youth Development Foundation, responsible for international cooperation and implementation of the Project Hope.
